Mahari A. McTier, CEO
Mahari is a financial strategist, real estate investor, and CEO of Tier 1 Property Solutions, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in public finance investment banking, wealth advisory, mortgage lending, and real estate, he specializes in creative finance, capital structuring, and wealth-building strategies.
Mahari has served in senior leadership roles in both finance and government, including as a top aide to former U.S. Congressman Earl F. Hilliard, Special Projects Coordinator with former U.S. Congressman John Lewis, and State Political Director for 2020 Presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg.
He most recently served as Chairman and President of the Birmingham-Jefferson County Port Authority. Mahari is passionate about financial literacy, economic empowerment, and closing the wealth gap through ownership and access to capital.
Mahari holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, Life & Health Insurance licensure, and is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2299511).

Terrance Caffey, VP and Director of Sales
Terrance is a highly accomplished real estate investor and financial strategist with more than 25 years of industry experience. Known for his ability to structure innovative and creative financing solutions, Terrance specializes in helping individuals and businesses acquire real estate when traditional lending options fall short.
Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for solving complex funding challenges, structuring strategic transactions, and opening doors to opportunities that others consider unattainable. His expertise spans creative real estate investing, alternative lending strategies, and capital structuring designed to move deals forward efficiently and ethically.
Terrance is deeply committed to economic empowerment and community development. He serves as President of Caffey Development Center, a nonprofit organization focused on uplifting underserved communities through education, resources, and sustainable development initiatives. As CEO of T&S Financial Service, he leads efforts to deliver innovative funding solutions that support both personal and business growth.
Driven by a passion for impact and a results-oriented mindset, Terrance continues to bridge the gap between opportunity and access—creating pathways to ownership, funding, and long-term financial stability.

Aki Jones, Acquisition Manager
Aki is a real estate investor and Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with a strong focus on building wealth through strategic property acquisition and financing. Since 2018, she has specialized in short-term (Airbnb) and long-term rental investments, combining hands-on investing experience with mortgage expertise to help clients create sustainable real estate portfolios.
Aki holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs from The Ohio State University and is a graduate of both the NADA Dealer Academy and Grow America’s S.E.E.D. Academy. She is passionate about creating pathways to homeownership and generational wealth.
She is married to her husband, Quentin, and enjoys international travel, movies, and spending time with their blended family of five children and two grandchildren.

Leslie Graham-Lee, Acquisition Manager
Leslie is a seasoned real estate professional and paralegal with nearly 30 years of experience supporting complex transactions with precision and integrity. Her strong legal background, combined with her client-focused real estate expertise, allows her to navigate contracts, negotiations, and closing processes with confidence and care.
Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset, Leslie brings both strategy and compassion to every transaction. She is committed to transparency, professionalism, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and partners alike.
Outside of her professional work, Leslie serves in a leadership role within her church’s Media Ministry. A devoted wife and proud mother, she leads with faith, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Grant Andrew, Sales Manager and Marketing Director
Grant is a systems-driven leader with experience across technology, finance, sales, and hospitality. He specializes in streamlining operations, building smarter workflows, and implementing automation that reduces friction and improves efficiency. Known for simplifying complex processes, he designs practical systems that are reliable, sustainable, and easy to use.
With a strong customer-focused background, Grant believes the best solutions are built on clarity, trust, and respect. He views leadership as responsibility—removing obstacles so teams can perform at their best and ensuring technology works quietly in the background to support meaningful work.
Outside of work, he is a devoted father of three and grandfather of two who values community, steady growth, and building things that last.

Jeff Gergic, Senior Lead Manager
Jeff is a lifelong entrepreneur with a dynamic background in sales, training, coaching, and business development. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched, managed, and scaled businesses across multiple industries, including retail, telecommunications, pet care, real estate, and athletics. With more than 15 years of experience as a real estate investor, Jeff brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every opportunity he pursues.
Beyond business, Jeff has a deep passion for baseball. He has both played and coached at the Division I level and currently serves as a coach at his high school alma mater, Hershey High School in Hershey, Pennsylvania. His commitment to mentorship and leadership on the field mirrors the discipline and teamwork he brings to business.
Jeff is also a devoted family man, married to his wife Renee for 36 years. A proud dog enthusiast, he has owned 11 Great Danes over the years — a true testament to his loyalty and love for animals.
